Our Preston Bissett Design Team have been looking at trends for 2026.
Described as a billowy, airy, and serene off-white, this shade represents a "soft reset" and a desire for calm, minimalism, and mental clarity in an overstimulated, noisy world.
In our gardens, we love using white in areas where light levels might be low. White is the colour that we see for the longest time of the day, well into the evenings. This planting palette will brighten up any shadier areas of your landscape.
In garden design a white planting scheme is particularly impactful as a small garden idea, or for difficult spaces where the self-illuminating and reflective qualities of the white flowers can help to lift dark areas.
At the nursey we have incorporated some airy whites into our seasonal evergreen display inspired by a mood board created by our design team.
If you would like help choosing plants and a colour scheme for your garden, our friendly team are happy to offer advice, or perhaps you might like to explore more options with our garden design team.
This is a pallet that translates beautifully into the home. And here at the nursery we have carried the soft cloud dancer's pantone's into our own shop displays.
