The evening began with home made cakes and refreshments. David our speaker has been growing climbers at his specialist Nursery for about 20 years. He gave a wonderfully informative talk.
We are now in control of our climbers and he left us confident to prune our many different types of clematis, wisteria, honeysuckles and passifloras etc, so that we may make them perform to their best. We understand how to plant, water and feed them so they may stay heathly. Most of all we know what we want to plant and why.
