We've all seen Calender Girls! This is our chance to have a bit of fun. Yoga in the Nursery Garden, enjoying the fresh air. This is a free taster workshop suitable for beginners or Yoga enthusiasts alike. Yoga is the best excersize to keep gardeners supple and prevent strains!2.30pm Thursday 18th August
We are a bit weather dependant with this workshop though we will be under the trees and we have a small canopy should we need it. Tracey is a wonderfuly dedicated teacher who has been teaching for many years in Buckingham.There are limited places so please book.
