Hebe's crumble with a twist all from the garden.
My genius of a mother took this snap of a crumble I made last week that she particularly liked. It was filled with discovery apples from the tree; strawberries from the patch, soaked in ginger and muscovado sugar. Added some nutmeg and cinnamon to the spelt flour & oat topping for some extra crunch and flavour! 🍎🍓☀️
